Head of Volume Projects – Kitchens & Wardrobes
Location: Hertfordshire (Office-Based)
Salary: £50,000 + Company Performance Bonus + Private Healthcare

Our client, a well-established and growing specialist in bespoke joinery and interiors, is seeking an experienced individual to lead the Volume Projects side of their business.

This is a senior-level, office-based role offering the opportunity to take full ownership of high-rise and large-scale residential kitchen and wardrobe projects — from early-stage estimating through to site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Head up the volume division and take a leadership role in driving commercial success
• Produce detailed estimates and pricing packages to help secure new work
• Oversee the project journey from pre-construction through procurement, packaging, and delivery
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and site execution
• Manage client, supplier, and subcontractor relationships to maintain standards and timelines
• Identify efficiencies and contribute to the strategic growth of the department

Ideal Candidate:

• Significant experience in estimating and designing kitchens and wardrobes for the high-rise or volume residential sector
• Commercially astute with a strong track record of delivering profitable projects
• Knowledgeable in materials, manufacturing, and on-site delivery processes
• Organised, driven, and confident leading both projects and people
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders
