Broadreach Recruitment is seeking a talented Project Manager to join one of our prestigious clients – a leader in high-quality joinery and furniture manufacturing with strong ties to the Superyacht & UHNW interior industry. If you’re an experienced professional with a joinery background, this is your chance to work on large-scale, complex projects with contract values up to £10m.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage projects from order to completion – planning, design, manufacture, and installation
- Ensure quality, budget, and deadlines are met
- Work on bespoke, high-end furniture and architectural joinery installations
- Lead a team including a Design Engineer and several Drafters
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across all levels
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced in joinery and site installations
- Strong project management and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency for project management
- Team player with leadership qualities
