Marketing & Business Development Role – Permanent Position
Our client, a family-run business specialising in bespoke furniture, specialist finishes, artworks, and sculptures for some of the world’s most exclusive super-prime residential, superyacht, and commercial projects, is looking for a talented and driven individual to join their team and help expand their brand.
? Location: Based in our client’s London studio, with regular travel to their Wiltshire workshop and potential international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance the brand’s presence.
- Managing campaigns and collaborations with top designers, architects, and industry partners.
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimise future efforts.
- Creating engaging content for social media, website, and marketing materials to showcase the client’s exceptional work.
- Managing and updating the sales CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions.
- Collaborating closely with the design, production, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Attending networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to build relationships and generate opportunities.

Who Our Client Is Looking For:
Our client seeks a confident, creative, and results-driven individual with at least three years of marketing experience. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of the luxury interior design, furniture, or architecture sector.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to form relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry leaders.
- A proactive and organised individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience.
