Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clients through the design and sales process, from consultation to finalizing sales.
- Develop and refine custom interior design concepts, ensuring seamless execution from concept to technical sign-off.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing high-end service.
- Achieve sales and margin targets through exceptional design and consultative selling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist with showroom operations, including leading tours and supporting events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in custom interior design, particularly in kitchens and millwork.
- Strong ability to close sales and achieve targets in a luxury market.
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience managing collaborative design projects to deadlines.
- Background in luxury brands with a focus on high-end service.
