We are looking for a talented Custom Kitchen & Millwork Designer to join our client’s team. This exciting role blends interior design expertise with strong sales skills, guiding Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients from their initial inquiry through to a finalized sale. If you are passionate about luxury design, creative custom solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clients through the design and sales process, from consultation to finalizing sales.
  • Develop and refine custom interior design concepts, ensuring seamless execution from concept to technical sign-off.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing high-end service.
  • Achieve sales and margin targets through exceptional design and consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with showroom operations, including leading tours and supporting events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in custom interior design, particularly in kitchens and millwork.
  • Strong ability to close sales and achieve targets in a luxury market.
  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience managing collaborative design projects to deadlines.
  • Background in luxury brands with a focus on high-end service.
