Are you a skilled marine outfitter or shipwright with a track record of excellence in luxury boat building? We’re offering exceptional opportunities for shipwrights who excel in the superyacht industry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Undertaking general shipwright tasks, particularly in exterior outfitting
• Contributing to interior deckhead fitting
• Installing external fittings such as winches, cleats, windows, catches, and hatches
• Proficiency in teak deck installation and caulking decks
• Fitting stanchions and ladders
• Bonding various materials with a solid understanding of preparation techniques
• Expertise in fitting deck hatches, including knowledge of hinges, gas rams, and seals
• Demonstrable skills in composite lamination and small molding
• Previous experience working in the luxury yacht industry
• Equipped with your own hand and battery tools
• Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with quality processes and the ability to follow instructions diligently
