Broadreach Recruitment is looking for Senior Cabinet Makers and experienced Bench Joiners to join a leading manufacturer specialising in ultra-luxury bespoke furniture for superyachts and exclusive residential projects. This is an opportunity to work with some of the world’s most prestigious interior designers, producing exceptional, handcrafted furniture for the most discerning clients.
The Role
You will be working on a variety of bespoke furniture projects, including superyacht interiors, high-end cabinetry, and fitted joinery. This role requires a high level of skill, precision, and craftsmanship, ensuring the seamless production of exquisite furniture that meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft bespoke luxury furniture, cabinetry, and fitted joinery to exacting specifications
- Work with high-end materials and components, ensuring exceptional finishes
- Read and interpret technical and manufacturing drawings
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Collaborate with a team of highly skilled artisans, ensuring projects are completed to deadline
- Maintain a strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and finishing methods
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum two years of experience in bespoke furniture or luxury cabinetry
- Strong knowledge of bespoke furniture construction and fine craftsmanship
- Experience working with specialist materials and custom components
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent organisational skills and a passion for high-quality furniture production
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure seamless project execution
