Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, bespoke furniture with precision and attention to detail
- Select and work with various wood types, ensuring proper treatment and finishing
- Operate woodworking tools and machinery to achieve excellent results
- Collaborate with designers to bring creative concepts to life
- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workspace
- Inspect and repair furniture to uphold quality standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar woodworking role
- Proficiency in using a variety of woodworking tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for fine craftsmanship
- Ability to read and interpret design plans accurately
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of different wood types and their properties
- A strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with bespoke furniture projects is a plus
