Job Specification: Composite Laminator (Motorsport Focus)

 

Position: Composite Laminator

Location: Norwich

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: Immediate following successful interview

 

Responsibilities:

Hand laminate components using pre-preg materials, core products, and adhesive films.

Prepare moulds, including the application of seal and release agents.

Perform debulking and final vacuum bagging of components for autoclave cures.

Ensure all parts meet required customer quality and traceability standards.

Utilise and maintain all provided personal protective equipment and company tools and equipment.

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in composite laminating preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Overtime available at an additional rate for any additional hours.

Salary: £15.00 per hour plus overtime and benefits.
