Role Description
- Oversee and ensure compliance with export operations policies and regulations.
- Coordinate the preparation and processing of export documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively address issues to minimise delays.
- Provide guidance and support to the export operations team of 5.
- Implement process improvements to optimise operations.
- Engage with external stakeholders in a client-focused role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in export operations, ideally within air freight or shipping.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Previous management experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to oversee and lead a team effectively on a day-to-day basis.
