The Role

As the Interim Quality Manager, you will: 

  • Monitor & Evaluate: Oversee internal operations and product development processes to maintain top-notch quality. 
  • Enhance Processes: Propose and implement improvements to boost efficiency and minimize waste. 
  • Collaborate: Engage with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to gather feedback and drive enhancements. 
  • Lead Quality Initiatives: Ensure compliance with ISO standards, perform quality audits, and train teams on best practices. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an end-to-end Quality Control Management System. 
  • Conduct periodic quality checks along the production line. 
  • Drive solutions for quality issues in collaboration with project leaders. 
  • Create production plans for new products, ensuring quality from inception. 
  • Audit supplier materials to meet high-quality standards. 
  • Perform stress testing and analyze product performance. 
  • Lead investigations into quality problems and spearhead innovative solutions. 
  • Train new Quality Control employees and ensure consistent standards across the board.
