We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our client’s construction projects. Working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients, you will ensure that projects run smoothly from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential and commercial projects.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring that deadlines are met and any delays are communicated effectively.
  • Coordinate site activities and logistics, including the delivery of materials and the scheduling of trades.
  • Attend site meetings and prepare minutes, ensuring actions are followed up promptly.
  • Support the management of project budgets, tracking costs and assisting with financial reporting.
  • Handle client communications, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on all projects.
  • Assist in the resolution of any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a project.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction or house building industry.
  • Familiarity with high-end residential and commercial projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Understanding of construction processes, materials, and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
