Salary: £30,000 + OTE £50–60,000

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead client consultations from brief through to CAD presentation, blending design flair with technical precision.

  • Develop compelling, bespoke proposals in close collaboration with workshop and installation teams.

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, maintaining strong relationships with private clients, architects and interior designers.

  • Drive project success through proactive coordination with craftspeople and directors.

About you:

  • A proven track record in high?end residential sales design or interior joinery.

  • Strong CAD skills, excellent eye for detail and materials, and commercial acumen.

  • Confident communicator with a passion for delivering beautifully executed, bespoke solutions.

  • Client?centric, with professional polish and the ability to build trust easily.
