Job Description:
 
Are you a natural conversationalist with a talent for building relationships? Our client is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join their sales team as a Telesales Executive. No prior experience is necessary! In this role, you’ll engage with potential business customers over the phone, promoting premium joinery products and services.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
– Initiate warm conversations with potential business customers using our automated dialer system.
– Build rapport and understanding with clients to identify their needs and preferences.
– Utilise engaging sales techniques to capture prospects’ interest and drive sales.
– Exceed sales targets and performance goals with a positive attitude and determination.
– Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns promptly and courteously.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the customer database.
 
Previous Experience:
 
– No prior telesales experience required! We’re seeking individuals with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting with people.
– Self-motivated with a positive outlook and a desire to excel.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous but not essential.
– Background in retail, customer service, or roles involving interpersonal communication is highly regarded.
 
Benefits:
 
– Competitive salary ranging from £22K to £28K, plus commission.
– Standard Monday to Friday work schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
