Broadreach Recruitment is looking for a highly skilled Veneering and Marquetry Specialist to join a leading manufacturer of ultra-luxury bespoke furniture for superyachts and exclusive residential projects. This is a rare opportunity to work on prestigious, one-of-a-kind pieces, collaborating with some of the world’s top interior designers to create truly exceptional furniture.  

The Role
You will be responsible for **applying intricate veneer and marquetry techniques** to create bespoke furniture pieces of the highest standard. Working with a wide range of fine veneers and decorative materials, you will play a key role in ensuring that each piece is flawlessly finished and showcases the very best of British craftsmanship.  

Key Responsibilities
– Hand-cutting, matching, and applying veneers** to high-end furniture and joinery  
– Creating **intricate marquetry designs** using fine woods, metals, and decorative inlays  
– Ensuring seamless joints, precision pattern matching, and flawless finishes  
– Working with specialist tools and machinery to achieve the highest standards of quality  
– Collaborating with designers, cabinet makers, and finishers to bring unique concepts to life  
– Maintaining a keen eye for detail and ensuring consistency across all projects  

What We’re Looking For
– Proven experience in veneering and marquetry**, ideally in **luxury furniture or fine joinery**  
– Strong knowledge of **veneering techniques, wood species, and finishing processes**  
– Ability to work with **hand tools, presses, and CNC cutting equipment**  
– Exceptional craftsmanship with a **meticulous approach to detail**  
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work to **tight deadlines**  
– Passion for high-end furniture making and a commitment to excellence
