SOCIAL & COMMUNITY

Broadreach Chosen Charity

We are proud to announce our support for Rock2Recovery

A remarkable organisation dedicated to providing life-changing support to our heroes. Founded by former Royal Marines Commandos, Rock2Recovery reaches out with one-to-one coaching and a range of tailored services to veterans, blue light workers, key workers, and their families facing the challenges of post-traumatic stress disorder and stress-related conditions.

Their mission goes beyond immediate aid; it’s about inspiring, coaching, and motivating these courageous individuals towards a brighter, more positive future. By supporting Rock2Recovery, we honour the invaluable service of those who have devoted their lives to protecting and serving our community, and we commit to aiding in their journey to recovery and well-being. Together, we stand with Rock2Recovery in their noble cause to save and change lives, recognising the sacrifices made and providing a steadfast support system for our nation’s protectors and their families.

EMPOWERING CHANGE

Our Commitment to Community Involvement

At Broadreach we’re more than just a team – we’re a family that believes in reaching out, changing lives, and making a difference. That’s why we introduced our ‘Empowerment Leave’ program. Each year, we offer our employees two dedicated days off to engage in charitable work or fundraising endeavors of their choice. This initiative is designed to support the causes close to our hearts, facilitating our staff to step out of the office and into the community where they can have a real, tangible impact.

Whether it’s by volunteering at local shelters, running marathons for medical research, or helping to build homes for those in need, Broadreach is committed to creating a ripple of positive change.

Armed Forces Covenant

We decided to sign this covenant as a promise to ensure that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly. It demonstrates the commitment of Broadreach to support the armed forces community by recognising the value that serving personnel, veterans, and their families contribute to businesses and communities.

The covenant involves commitments such as offering guaranteed interviews to veterans, recognising military skills and qualifications, and providing additional support for reservist training and deployment.
